Mission
To stop illicit fentanyl from killing Americans.
Goals
Raise awareness and educate the public about illicit fentanyl.
Core Values
Integrity and accountability
We strive to meet our commitments to our members and partners. We do what we say, and say what we do.
Diversity
Diversity and inclusion is at the center of The Blue Plaid Society mission. Fentanyl does not discriminate and neither do we. More importantly, every group has a different experience, and from those diverse experiences, we are able to save lives and achieve more.
Ethics
We are committed to:
- Avoiding conflicts of interest.
- Appropriately handling actual or apparent conflicts of interest in our relationships.
- Treating our grantees fairly.
- Treating every individual with dignity and respect.
- Treating our volunteers with respect, fairness and good faith and providing conditions that safeguard their rights and welfare.
- Being a good corporate citizen and complying with both the spirit and the letter of the law.
- Acting responsibly toward the communities in which we work and for the benefit of the communities that we serve.
- Being responsible, transparent and accountable for all of our actions.
- Improving the accountability, transparency, ethical conduct and effectiveness of the nonprofit field.
- We set our egos aside to accomplish our mission.
Collaboration
Fighting illicit fentanyl is not something that can be accomplished by one person or group alone. We will collaborate and share ideas that can be used by the “Fight Illicit Fentanyl” community.
